The Oakley Tightrope sunglasses have being designed to easily transcend between use during sports as well as for everyday purposes and to express your unique sense of style. An ultra slick and minimal style, the Tightrope sunglasses are made using five metal compounds which achieve the low weight and high durability of Oakley’s C-5 alloy. The sunglasses stay firmly in place with the incorporation of Oakley’s Three Point Fit structure and this is further enhanced with Unobtanium arm stems that increase grip as your perspiration levels also increase. The frame colours remain neutral with tones including carbon, pewter and polished black making the Tightrope sunglasses ones that offer the ultimate in versatility. The iconic Oakley icon is also subtly displayed upon the temples. The lenses feature XYZ optics, meaning that despite their small size, your peripheral view is extended and maximised to full potential. The use of Plutonite also offers 100% UV filtering with some styles within the Tightrope collection also featuring an Iridium coating which reduces glare and tunes and balances light transmission. Some designs also boast Polarised lenses which work to reduce the glare that is magnified by flat surfaces, provides colour balance and the ultimate visual protection.
