Created in partnership with former world cup alpine skier Bode Miller, Freestyle RE1183-09-BLP is a sporty wrapped frame with a large aviator shape giving the wearer a good fit for everyday use, so either hiking, golf or on the slopes, Revo Freestyle RE1183-09-BLP has your back. A throwback look to the late 80’s early 90’s with an up to the minute contemporary expression that has ultra-resilient carbon fibre temples and bridge detailing. The blue water photo lens is Revo’s signature polarised grey based, blue mirror coated lens. Idea for bright sunny days and numerous activities such as fishing, boating, water sports or just a day at the beach.
In 1985 Revo started a new era of performance sunglasses, optical engineer and avid skier Dr. Mitch Ruda had one unique idea, to adapt space-based technology and create high performing eyewear. The Revo light management system was a revolutionary finding. Every Revo lens has multiple coatings for the highest level of protection, with 3-6 layers such as an authentic Revo oleophobic coating that repels oil and fingerprints, NASA lens technology-based mirror coatings, the same coatings NASA used on porthole windows as protection from space radiation now forms the basis of Revo’s proprietary lens technology, a digital friendly polarised filter that eliminates distracting glare and a hydrophobic hard coating for water repellent.
