Oakley’s quintessential active sunglasses, FORSAKE®, reaches a new level of artistry in the Caia Koopman Signature Series, embodying the elegance, strength, and vulnerability of femininity. In this signature series version, original graphics by the California skate/surf/snow artist wrap around the sculpted toric shield. With her fine eye for beauty, inclinations toward nature, and collectiveness of the female spirit, Caia’s work is alluring with a hint of whimsy–a perfect representation of the Oakley Women’s brand.

Caia Koopman is a classically trained artist, having obtained her BA in Fine Arts from UC Santa Cruz. She applies her skills to her love of skateboarding and snowboarding and her work appears in galleries all over the world, as well as on board graphics, T-shirts and in magazines.

Caia says she was inspired to work with Oakley because “They share some qualities that are important to me such as encouraging a strong body and mind while wrapping things in art.” And in fact, our O MATTER® frame is both beautiful and stress-resistant, with a comfortable Three-Point Fit that holds lenses in precise optical alignment.
